WWC provides a refund for products after the review team approves the refund process. However, for refunds to be successful, the products must meet the following requirements:
  • The product(s) must be in the original state the customer received them and unused.
  • The customer must provide a receipt for the product(s) or proof of online purchase.
  • The packaging must be in its original state
