Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: On all orders over $129 CAD
Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate for orders under $129 CAD
UPS Express: $40 flat rate (not eligible for discounts)

Delivery Timeframes

Order processing: Within 12 hours
Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days (depending on location)
Orders placed on Fridays are shipped first thing Monday morning


Tracking and Notifications

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. For orders over $300, a signature is required upon delivery unless you specify otherwise.

Important Notes

1. We ship to all areas serviced by Canada Post within Canada
2. High-risk areas (Nunavut, Yukon, Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec, Newfoundland) are shipped at the customer’s risk
3. Canada Post may conduct delivery investigations in rare cases to ensure proper delivery
