Part 8- DELIVERY SERVICES

The ETA message sent to the customer gives an estimated time when the product will get to their shipping address and therefore, we do not guarantee an accurate delivery time. Our delivery software program chooses the best route to follow when delivering products.

We have the right to cancel deliveries at any time if we detect issues such as lack or insufficiency of shipping fees or when there are safety issues in delivery. We are not indebted to compensate for the deliveries if a cancellation ensues.

Prior to termination of the services, the responsibilities of the involved parties shall be upheld as part of the agreement.

The terms of services will either be terminated by you or us. If you choose to terminate the terms of service, you will need to notify us.
